GARMENT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

I am overwhelmed with joy in the LORD my God! For he has dressed me with the clothing of salvation and draped me in a robe of righteousness. I am like a bridegroom in his wedding suit
or a bride with her jewels - Isaiah 61:10

Had Joseph not changed his garment, he wouldn't have appeared before King Pharaoh. No one is permitted entrance into the king's palace unkempt. So Joseph had to put off his prison garment and was dressed in a new garment.

The reason why many pray to God and have their prayers unanswered is because their garments are stained with sin. So the angels of God deny them access to God's throne. The gates of heaven remained closed against them. Ignorantly, they keep knocking but not answered because their filthiness has filtered out their names from heaven’s list of answered prayers.

Don't be shut out of God's presence on account of filthiness. Let your garment be white so you can access and ascend to the throne of grace without fear. Without righteousness, you cannot have appointment with God. Adam and Eve lost their fellowship with God and got fired out of God's presence. May the Lord cleanse you from all contaminations and filthiness and keep your robe white till you see Him in glory in Jesus name.
