SHINING THE LIGHT

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. - Matt 5:16

Until you shine the light, those who grope in darkness may soon find themselves in the grave. Why? Darkness impairs a man’s vision, decision and progression. It makes mockery of your attempt to make progress because it shuts your eyes from the right path. Darkness also brings division and confusion and instigates destruction. Darkness celebrates violence, vices and victimization.

A man encompassed with darkness cannot find the right compass to make significant progress. He finds himself rotating in a circle. Know that you are the light bearer the world is waiting for. The Bible says that, “The earnest expectation of the whole waits for the manifestation of the sons of God” (Romans 8:19). And every son of God in the Kingdom bears the light and glory of the living God.

The whole creatures are groaning for the manifestation of the sons of God. Are you indeed God's light bearer? Then shine the light. A believer who hides his light writes off his right of sonship in God's kingdom. May you not go into obscurity as you begin to shine the light through good deeds and sharing of the Gospel in Jesus name.
