PRESSED BUT NOT CRUSHED

We are hedged in (pressed) on every side [troubled and oppressed in every way], but not cramped or crushed; we suffer embarrassments and are perplexed and unable to find a way out, but not driven to despair; - 2 Cor 4:8

Every child of the living God is not an abandoned project. No matter what the devil might have projected against you, you will still emerge more than conqueror in Jesus name. You may be going through hell and high water. Half the time, you may have to take the bitter with the sweet or take the rough with the smooth. In any case, God will always be there by your side.

In the times of trouble, God will not take sides against you to allow the devil to make you a laughingstock. Because He knows about all your struggles and afflictions, He will guide and comfort you till the day is done. There is indeed not a friend like Jesus, who knows and understands the battles confronting your life.

You might have been tossed about to and fro. Hitherto, you are not crushed. The devil might have been rejoicing over you thinking he will enslave you till kingdom come. Understand that the affliction you might be going through is for a while and it works for you a far more exceeding eternal weight of glory. I pray every unpleasant event in your life, that has made you to think that God has forgotten you, will begin to work for your good with testimonies following in Jesus name.
