NO MORE ADJOURNMENT

Yet because this widow continues to bother me, I will defend and protect and avenge her, lest she give me intolerable annoyance and wear me out by her continual coming or at the last she come and rail on me or assault me or strangle me. -  Luke 18:5

God does not work behind schedules. It is not His attribute to break faith with His people. This explains why you can always count on God in season and out season. God knows that there are battles you cannot subdue with your limited strength. He knows that if He does not arise for your sake, His reputation will be on the line. And because God honours His word more than His name, He will move and heaven to frustrate every power whose mission is to adjourn your day of joy. No matter how long you might have been waiting on the Lord for a change, I decree to you that no more adjournment of your breakthroughs in the name of Jesus.

King Pharaoh stood in the way of the children of Israel. He was dissatisfied with Moses’ request to lead the Jews out of Egypt. The king failed to realise that Moses was acting on the mandate of the Lord. He despised the instruction to end the slavery of the Jews and to endorse their liberty from hard bondage. Therefore, he kept on using strong-arm tactics to adjourn and frustrate the mandate of God for the release of the Jews. Because God had firmed up His mind to deliver the Jews by His everlasting arm, He wreaked havoc with the Egyptians. The Lord God made them exceedingly sorrowful beyond what they could bear.

When God is on the move, every manoeuvring designed to frustrate your destiny will be ground to a halt. Inasmuch as you are aligned with God, the devil cannot black wash you in the presence of the Lord. So God is saying on your behalf, “I will arise and fight for you; and you shall hold your peace.” He also says, “No more adjournment of your breakthroughs, joy, progress, promotion and fruitfulness.” It is your set time for a change. You shall laugh last while your enemies shall be made laughingstocks in your sight in Jesus name. May your breakthroughs no longer be stalled but delivered to you expressly in Jesus name.
