WHEN GOD ARISES FOR YOUR SAKE

He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, "Quiet! Be still!" Then the wind died down and it was completely calm - Mark 4:39

God does not forsake His elect because He reflects on them day and night. The psalmist knew this when he said, 'How great are Your thoughts towards me!" (Ps. 139:17). Hence, the mercy of God over your life will never allow God to permit the devil to make a mess or mockery of your hope in Him. This speaks to why you mustn't cast away your confidence in God. Whenever you need God to arise for your sake, He will swing into action if you truly believe in the supremacy of His power to turn the tide in your favour.

When God arises, three (3) major events could happen. (1) When God arises, pleasant SURPRISES are usually showered on His own. When God emerges on the scene of your worries and fears, His visitation will never leave you high and dry. You can be assured that He will surprise you such that you will lose count of His blessings. You will be as one that dreamed, because He will give you something to scream or shout about.

God may decide to arise when it pleases Him to PRESIDE over your case while He takes sides against every of your adversaries. When this happens, you can be sure that your adversaries are in for a show of shame. When God presides over your case, His judgement will be in your favour while your enemies reap the harvest of shame and destruction. The account of Daniel whose adversaries were offered as breakfast to the lions is a reference point in the Scripture (Daniel 6:24).

Nothing can stand in the way of God whenever He arises. Hence, when God arises, every raging storm against your life will be SUBSIDED. The storm blowing against your peace, prosperity and progress will be reduced to silence when God arises. When the early Disciples called on Jesus for His intervention while the storm raged against them, Jesus stood up and commanded the storm to be still. Because God will arise for you, He will silence the mouth of the lions that want to devour and waste the glorious future which the Lord God has destined for you in Jesus name.
