"Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice and come out--those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned. -  John 5:28-29
Make no mistake about it, after the death of man comes the judgment. This signifies that death is only a transition from the earth to another life and not the end of life. So, life itself does not really end at death, but a transition to either wake up to everlasting life or eternal condemnation. Hence, while you are alive, you need to give thought to how you live your life. The present life is short. They say life is short and time is swift. Whatsoever you sow into your life determines what you reap. Hence, it is wise to sow to yourself in righteousness and reap the mercies and favour of God, to preclude you from eternal unrest and torment.
Many people fail to mull over the fact the life after this life is immeasurable. You will be putting your destiny on the line, if you fail to align with God in righteousness. If you are engrossed in sin and unwilling to run to Jesus to cleanse you and give you a new beginning, your life is completely at stake. Because some damn the consequence of their promiscuous and idolatrous life, they willfully and regrettably subjected themselves to the horror of hell. They didn’t just got their fingers burnt but also subject their precious soul to everlasting torment.
If you belong to the school of thought that there is no such a place like hell, you are undoubtedly living in an ivory tower and has failed to acknowledge the truth. Ignorance of the reality of hell is no bliss. The knowledge of hell calls for sobriety, so you could align your ways with God and persevere to the end of the Age. What kind of resurrection do you desire? Do you desire to wake up to the resurrection unto life? If yes, cleave to Jesus today and make Him the Ultimate Captain and Coach of your life; so you could learn of Him and be filled with the knowledge of the truth. May you not live a carefree life that will plunge you into eternal damnation, even as you make up your mind, heart and soul to seek and follow the Lord all the days of your life, in Jesus name
