Therefore if any man be in Christ, he
is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are
become new. – II Corinthians 5:17
A life that is not aligned with
the ways of God is trending towards misery and regrettable loss in eternal
damnation. Those who fail to align their ways with God’s ways pave the way for
the devil to dictate the affairs of their lives. Once God does not exercise
oversight over the affairs of a man’s life, his steps would be misdirected from
fulfilling God’s counsel for his life
Anyone who resolves not to
surrender his or her heart to Jesus would of course come under the governance
of the devil. So, living apart from Christ is dwelling far away from the light
of God and inflicting yourself with needless sorrows and pains which the devil
brings upon his subjects. But those who take a leap of faith to be joined with
Christ are translated from off the governance of the devil into God’s kingdom,
in which they will find righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.
It takes a man who is living in
Christ to stand before God to be empowered for exploit and all round fulfillment.
Though he may go through afflictions, yet his deliverance is never in doubt;
because the Lord God is his Redeemer. Those who are redeemed by the blood of
the Lamb and have their robes in white cannot be subjected to the torment and
manipulation of the devil because they have the light of God in them. Do you
have the light of God in you? Invite Jesus today into your life and you will
experience a new life that is full of glory and unending joy.
