THE CHANGE AGENDA OF GOD FOR MANKIND

Behold, I tell you a mystery. We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed - 1 Corinthians 15:51

Change is the ultimate agenda of God for mankind. The first level of change God wants you to experience is the CHANGE FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT (Colossians 1:13). This was the reason Jesus paid it all on the Cross of Calvary. Therefore, loving the world above loving the Lord God doesn't make it appear that you value the death of Christ and the gift of salvation. We are in a perilous time when many are perishing in their sins because they keep pushing back their day of salvation. Hence, resolve not to be left behind in God's agenda and mandate to make you a son, royal priesthood and a holy nation. It is interesting to note that accompanying this first level change are divine additions of joy, longevity, favour and all round blessings including challenges to test your commitment to the divine change game plan of God for your plan.

The second divine change agenda of God for His children, especially those who have embraced the first level change, is to experience a daily CHANGE AND RENEWAL OF THEIR MINDS so they can conform to the image of Christ (Romans 12:1-2). This can only happen if you are intentional about building  up your spiritual life through the instrumentality of God's word. Feasting on God's word would certainly help you to move up from one level of sanctification, faith, grace and knowledge of God. Christians who recycle the elementary knowledge of divine principles without proceeding to arm themselves with the mysteries of the Kingdom of God can't make headway in their walk with God (Hebrew 6:1-2).

The final or ultimate change the Lord God wants His people to experience is the CHANGE FROM MORTALITY TO IMMORTALITY. Apostle Paul wrote in I Corinthians 15:51, "We shall not all die but we shall all be changed..." Those who would miss out of the ultimate change are candidates of the Great Tribulation. I pray this won't be your portion in Jesus name. Hence, before it becomes late in the day, run to Jesus. He is earnestly waiting for you, to change you and make you a change agent. As you key into God's change agenda for your life, may you be transformed from darkness to light, from glory to glory, and from mortality to immortality when Christ shall come in His glory in Jesus name.
