THE TREASURE OF SALVATION

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God - Ephesians 2:8

Those who are yet to embrace eternal life are living poles apart from God's plan and purpose for their lives. You cannot keep company with the world and enjoy the devil's pleasure for free. Those who are stalwarts of worldly affections and beneficiaries of what the devil offers end up getting their fingers burnt while living to recycle regrets of ditching the offer of God's salvation. However, those who come to Jesus get a divine LIFTING above regrets, shame, torment and powers of darkness, as they get seated with Christ in heavenly places.

It is also instructive to note that God's call for the salvation of your soul is to enable you experience a divine SHIFT from being a candidate of hell to becoming a dignified citizen of heaven. When you get saved and redeemed by the blood of Jesus, your name would be written in the Book of Life. Heaven is alerted that you have changed company from darkness to light. What a shift! A translation from a kingdom which leads to destruction to God's Kingdom which leads to everlasting celebration before the throne of God.

Lastly, many are short-changing themselves of God's immeasurable treasure of salvation because they fail to understand that it's God's divine GIFT to every mankind. This is a gift of inestimable value which Jesus paid for on the Cross of Calvary. Hence, wouldn't you rather settle on accepting this ultimate gift and thereby experience a life-changing shift from death to life, and be lifted on high to exercise dominion in life! As you opt to live for God today and beyond, may your life exemplify the riches and treasures of God's kingdom in Jesus name.
