COST OF COMPROMISE

And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. - I Sam 15:22

If Judas Iscariot had counted the cost of his decision to betray the Lord he would have saved his life from destruction. His infidelity to the cause of his Master made him a reproach among the disciples.

Are you compromising the standard of God for your life? If there be any secret sin in your life, it will be profitable for you to separate yourself from it and so you could smoothen your relationship with God. The cost of sin outweighs the cost of obedience. May you never compromise the glory and colourful destiny ordained for you through sinful living in Jesus name.
