"For the body without the spirit is dead... " - James 2:26
Life outside the influence and governance of the Holy Spirit is death. If you aren't a carrier of the Spirit of the Lord, you cannot be a champion in the Kingdom of God. Living outside the Spirit is walking in darkness. Anyone living in darkness is under the influence and captivity of the devil.
The Bible says that, "There is therefore no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. For the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has set us free free from the law of sin and death" Therefore, it is a high risk for an individual not to be under the leadership of the Holy Spirit.
What made David a man of victories was the life he lived in the Spirit. He enjoyed the communion of the Holy Spirit for divine guidance, victorious feat and excellent leadership as a king over Israel. Why not desire the overflowing life that flows in the Holy Ghost. May the Lord satisfy your longing heart for a mighty outpour of God's Spirit on you in Jesus name.
