He said, Hearken, all Judah, you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you King Jehoshaphat. The Lord says this to you: Be not afraid or dismayed at this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's. - II Chronicles 20:15
Life is a battlefield. A man that is born of a woman is of a few days and full of troubles. The adversary of the righteous goes about as a roaring lion seeking whom to devour. As a Christian, you don't ignore the devil; but should rather get him knocked down.
When the battle staged against you becomes too heavy for you to handle, worry and fear are not choice options. What is beyond you is not beyond God. When King Jehoshaphat knew that the battle before him was beyond his capacity, he called upon the Captain of his salvation, for the destruction of his enemies.
Any battle handed over to the Lord’s hands is a battle won upfront. That was why King Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah praised God in advance. Don't wait to be tossed about; tell it to Jesus to take over your battles now and enjoy a lasting victory.  If you allow the devil to toss you about, he will gladly choose to remain your boss. I pray you will ever be victorious and not tossed about with battles in Jesus name.
