A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger. - Prov 15:1
If you would success in building relationship you must be ready to speak and speak peaceably. Speaking softly during intense atmosphere does not make you a fool; it only speaks of your wisdom and ability to take full control over anger and its elements.
Had many spoken softly when they were angry, they would have preserved their mouth from speaking unwisely. Oh! They would have defeated the devil's attempt to lure them into corrupt speech. Therefore, tell God to guide the door of your mouth, so you could thereby keep your life from destruction. May the words of your mouth bring grace and joy to everyone who hears from the well of your wisdom in Jesus name.
