THE SALT OF THE EARTH

You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste (its strength, its quality), how can its saltness be restored? ... Matt. 5:13

It is unwise to degrade yourself because someone has a wrong perception of your personality. Perhaps, due to egoism, someone might have said that you are not in the same league with him or her. Understand that you were created as original and not as a photocopy of anyone.

You are important to God and this accounts for the reason why you were not excluded in God's masterplan. The value of your soul is highly precious to God. This speaks to why God chose to settle the penalty of your sins with a guarantee of eternal life, if you align your ways with Him.

Don't sell yourself short. You are a VIP in the scheme of things - as a value creator, world changer, source of inspiration and channel of blessings to generations. You have been divinely made the salt of the earth to halt the season of sorrow and bitterness in the lives of many. May you never lose you savour and relevance, as you keep seasoning lives and destinies with the blessings of God in your life in Jesus name.
