JESUS, THE WAY TO SALVATION

Jesus said to him, Lord, I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me.” – John 14:6

Make no mistake about it, the direction and pathway you choose to follow in life will either make or break you. Many destinies have wound up in misery, confusion and destruction because they choose to follow the devil. They are devotees of the devil and of his mischievous deeds. They prefer to rub shoulders with the devil then to dine with God in an atmosphere of worship and fellowship. The pathway of the devil is nothing but a slippery slope. You will have reasons to kick yourself with regrets if you choose to race your life through the broad way of destruction.

Jesus admonished His listeners to strive to enter through the narrow way and straight gate leading to eternal life. Without concealing the looming danger in following the pathway of sinful living, Jesus revealed that people whose choice is to follow the devil are multitudes and will end up in eternal destruction. This should give everyone a pulse for thought. However, Jesus unveiled Himself as the Way that leads to the Father which ultimately leads to eternal life.

Do you know that the salvation of the soul of man does not reside in any name other than the name of Jesus? So when you distant yourself from Jesus in pursuit of the pleasure of the world, you are doing yourself a disservice and making yourself vulnerable to the attack of the devil, who looks for whom to devour. If you will walk with Jesus, you will not stumble in darkness and not have reasons to count the loss of your eternal placement and inheritance of God’s kingdom. May the Lord keep you on track through the pathway of holiness till you shall see Christ in glory and not to wander from it, to do the devil’s will in Jesus name.
