THE THRONE OF GRACE

Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in good time for every need – Heb. 4:16

God does not restrict the broken hearten from accessing His throne. Anyone who approaches God’s throne with humility and a contrite heart finds and obtains His mercy and grace. At God’s throne of grace, a believer can exchange his weakness for the strength of God. God’s throne of grace is not reserved for the strong and mighty but for as many that wants to seek the Lord with a pure and contrite heart, for mercy and grace.

Irrespective of your spiritual status in God’s kingdom, whether high or low, you can appear before God’s throne. When you seek the Lord with all your heart, soul and spirit, He will lift you up because He wants you to come up higher. He wants your thoughts to reflect His thoughts. He wants your ways to be aligned with His ways. He wants to have a covenant relationship with you to keep you on the straight and narrow where your joy is guaranteed.

When you keep a distance from God’s throne of grace, your strength to service Him will be going downhill. Therefore, the secret of renewed and multiplied grace is to make constant appearance before God’s throne of grace. If you allow sin to dictate the affairs of your life, your access to God’s throne of grace will be restricted except you repent. May you be granted access to draw strength, grace and obtain mercy at God’s throne of grace in Jesus name.
