THE IMAGE OF EXCELLENCE

So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him… - Gen. 1:27

Do you know that you have been fearfully and wonderfully created by God to reflect His glory? Your divine identity is rightly painted in the Scripture to enable you gain a deep understanding of who you are. Therefore, you cannot afford to be painted in a bad light when God had made you in His image and after His likeness.

It makes scriptural and spiritual sense to see yourself the way God sees you. Degrading yourself will do you harm than good. If you belittle yourself, you will be pictured in the sight of God as one who lacks insight and understanding of the creative ability of God. When the world writes you off, understand that your destiny wasn’t authored and scripted by the world but by the Living God who is the Author and Finisher of your faith.

Jeremiah considered himself to be a child when God had  ordained him as a grand commander in His army. Gideon wanted to keep a low profile and hide in obscurity when God had already made him a mighty man of valour. Understand that you aren’t what the world think you are; you are the image of excellence, greatness and creative masterpiece of the Most High. May you begin to see yourself in the light of the word of God as a masterpiece of excellence, glory and beauty in Jesus name
