THE ENERGY OF SYNERGY

How could one have chased a thousand and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them and the Lord had delivered them up? – Deut. 32:30

It is not contentious that there is strength in unity. Unity promotes stability coupled with the ability to overcome every form of impossibility which a single person finds as unrealizable. When leaders create an atmosphere for team spirit to thrive, they are indirectly allowing the force of synergy to take the stage. It takes an excellent team player to understand that working in isolation without due consultation with seasoned colleagues could lead to running up against avoidable errors, mistakes and distortion.

But when team members with good minds begin to rub shoulders with one another, they become unstoppable, undefeatable and would accomplish the seemingly impossible. This explains the energy of synergy: the multiple benefits that accrue when team members decide to collaborate with a good heart to brainstorm and generate ideas that have the potential to set the world on fire.

Singlehandedly, David wouldn’t have ascended to the throne as a king over Israel had he no mighty men of valour at his disposal. The mighty men at his beck and call were destiny helpers that assisted to champion his ascension to the throne. They chose to unite with David to emerge as a formidable army. You need to know that it pays off to team up with others for a good cause, than to be an associate of rebellion that is staged to borrow trouble or cause commotion. Therefore, make up your mind to come to the task with a sense of partnership and team spirit, in order to rake in unprecedented gains and rewards. May your heart be stirred to team up with great minds to champion a just cause in return for maximum benefits and rewards in Jesus name.
