GROWING YOUR SPIRITUAL STAMINA

Finally brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might… - Eph. 6:10

Many prayer-less Christians are being exploited by the devil because they are not growing strong in the Lord. When you fail to grow strong, the devil gains the upper hand and may rough handle you to his taste. It goes without saying that God does not keep a company of weaklings but rather raises a company of spirit-filled warriors with divine-enabled track record of victories over the forces of hell. Also, if you choose not to feast on divine edibles, you will not be able to grow the spiritual muscles to keep the devil under your feet.

When a child of God refuses to grow his spiritual stamina, the devil will effortlessly extend his superintendence over his affairs. Instead of subduing principalities and powers, many Christians are being overpowered by the forces of hell. This is partly because they are not strong enough to pull down demonic strongholds. Because they turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to the undiluted word of God, they allow the demonic strongholds to hold them hostage.

Know that the power to grow your spiritual stamina resides in the word of God and in building a formidable prayer altar. The word of God and prayer were the priorities of the early Apostles, which gave them a firm foundation in the face of severe opposition. If you will begin to feast on the undiluted word of God, you will no longer be tossed to and fro by manipulative forces. When your prayer altar is powered with the fire of God, you will have the upper hand to endanger the forces of darkness. Henceforth, swing into full gear to fortify and enrich your heart with the word of God and build up your most holy faith in the power of the Holy Spirit. May the Lord upgrade you to a spiritual pedestal that is too high for the devil to play havoc with your destiny, as you feast on God’s word and fortify your prayer altar in Jesus name
