THE HOPE OF A TREE

For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground; Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant. -  Job 14:7-9

Hopelessness is when natural laws and abilities cannot actualize your dreams. When you cannot tell which way to go and how to go and it seems as if you are locked up in a spot because everything humanly possible has failed to yield result.  But with God on your side, there is hope, life and abundance of peace. Hopelessness makes a man to throw in the towel when everything is upside down, when all efforts have failed to yield result. Hence, instead of giving up the ghost, you need to send God an invite to intervene in your affairs,  so He could put a smile on your face.

Whatsoever that is beyond man is a stepping stone for God to announce His glory in your life. The man that was born blind, as narrated in the Scripture, is a reference point of the demonstration of the power of God in turning a hopeless situation around (John 9). If a tree could bud again after it's cut down, then you can surely rise again, if you will invite God to restore and snatch you from the troubles raging against your life. Before you allow discouragement to crush you down,  let it register with you that God has not retired over your case.

When your enemies presume it's over with you, God is saying, "Your glory days are here." Any report that certified you as a misfit and failure is a doctored and fabricated report. It's just mere falsehood appearing real. Hence, with God on your side, the tide would begin to turn in your favour.  Just fix your eyes on Jesus.  The Bible says they looked unto Him and were lightened and their faces were not ashamed. Hence, I pray every root of hopelessness in your life become the spring of abundance of joy in Jesus name
