The absence of God’s anointing upon your life gives the devil unrestricted access to invade your territory. As a destructive dictator, the devil has established his sovereignty over the lives of many people because they reject the government of the Lord over their lives. Accordingly, God is silent over their lives when the devil invades their territories.
However, when you are anointed by God, the devil receives an upfront order to distant himself from you. When God says to the devil on your behalf, “Touch not My anointed”, the devil understands that you carry a divine seal that would frustrate his effort to establish his seat of power over your life. With God’s anointing upon your life, the devil’s mission to kill, steal and destroy cannot be accomplished in your life.
It is an unrewarding risk for the devil to venture into a battle against a child of God that carries the mantle of God. It will be an act of rebellion against the divine order of the Most High for the devil to encroach your space. If the devil dams the consequence of confronting you with the intent to harm you, his harvest of shame will overflow.
You have no reason to be afraid, if the devil chooses to raid your territory. Because you carry the anointing of God, the devil’s rebellion to contend with you will keep him under your feet, so you could trample on him and rejoice in victory. I pray that the anointing of God, which disappoints the crafty of the devil, envelop you mightily for an experience of unending victory in Jesus name.
