THE BALM OF GILEAD

"Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? Why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered?" - Jeremiah 8:22

The Lord God has no affinity with infirmities. God has no partnership with disease, so He has not and would not allocate space for sickness to thrive in your body. Sickness is a stranger with the intent to damage your immune system. God doesn’t give quit notice to the sickness in your body before it fades out of your body, because His word is quick and power. So when Jesus, the Balm of Gilead takes over the center stage of your life, every sickness in your body chickens out because it cannot stand the fiery presence of the Balm of Gilead.

God has made provision for your healing through the stripes of Jesus. The Scripture says, "... the chastisement of our peace was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5)". Therefore, sickness has no allotted space in your life. The major and only occupant God permits to leave and dwell in your body is the Holy Spirit.

Every other deposit in your life that does not represent God is a stranger. The sickness that has denied you of joy must fade away now. Why? Because the Balm of Gilead, Jesus Christ, the Great Physician says no infirmity has the authority to co-habit with you.

Are you sick today? I've got good news for you. The Healing Balm of the Lord has secured your healing. So, you are healed in Jesus name. I pray every sickness from the pit of hell bringing you discomfort will give way and submit to the Healing Balm of the Most High in Jesus name.
