THE COUNSEL OF THE LORD

“…My counsel shall stand and I will accomplish all my purpose.” – Isaiah 46:10

Any journey outside of God’s counsel leads to a life of unending wilderness. A man who wanders out of God’s counsel is a prey in the sight of the enemy. The devil is ever glad when people reject God’s counsel for their lives. The moment you reject the counsel of the Lord for your life, the devil appears on the scene to distort God’s plan for your life. I pray this will not be your portion in Jesus name.

Esau failed to cherish the counsel of God for his life. He sold his birthright for a pottage which caused him a great loss of his divine placement.  If you don’t allow God’s counsel to stand and prevail in your life, you must be ready to live a substandard life. Because living outside of God’s counsel doesn’t attract divine premium and returns but rather brings one below par.

You may want to ask, “What then should I do regarding God’s counsel”? You need to enquire and earnestly seek the counsel of God for your life. The counsel of the Lord brings you into the light of God to dissolve the atmosphere of darkness designed by the devil to eclipse you in obscurity. Embracing God’s counsel as your ultimate choice in life cancels out every handwriting and pronouncement of the devil against your destiny.
