GLORY IN TRANSIT

“Arise, shine for thy light has come and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you – Isaiah 60:1

The presence of the glory of God in a man’s life disconnects him from the force of darkness. It will amount to a life of misery and sorrow for a man to dwell in darkness and obscurity. When a man dwells in obscurity, his security is not guaranteed. He becomes vulnerable to demonic manipulations and attacks of the devil. However, when God wants to terminate a man’s season of gloom, He sets His glory on the move.

The Bible says, “Arise, shine for thy light has come and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. Until God’s glory rises upon a man, he will never be able to identify the right direction and the path of favour which God has prepared for him. When God moves His glory to your domain, you will begin to dominate over the forces of darkness that have been obstructing your progress. When God’s glory moves to your base, the grace of God becomes multiplied in your life. When God’s glory is in transit to your destination, you will become an eternal excellence and the joy of many generations.

But if you allow sin to influence your choice, passion and disposition, the glory of the Lord will embark on a transit from your domain to leave your destitute of the light of God. The departure of the glory of God in the life of a man opens the door to the devil to capture and torture him. This is because the glory of God is likened to a pillar of fire and cloud of fire which encompasses the beloved and the redeemed of the Lord.

Therefore, make it your pursuit to please God so He could set His glory on motion for your promotion and elevation. May the glory of God never depart from your life, so you could enjoy unending beauty and freshness from on high in Jesus name.
